Dr. Chen Xuxiang

Research Interests: Olfactory Art, Semiotics of Scent, Interdisciplinary Art Theory
With interdisciplinary academic backgrounds in engineering, science, liberal arts, and art, he focuses on theoretical research and practice of olfactory art, and has curated a series of contemporary olfactory art exhibitions.
Dr. Lai Yuanxi
Jingdezhen Ceramic University; Postdoc at Southeast University
Research Interests: Ceramic Scent Vessel Design, Ceramic Culture & Olfactory Carrier Studies
Her research centers on modern Chinese ceramic design history and Sino-foreign ceramic cultural exchanges, with a focus on scent vessels, olfactory carriers, and material design. She has published more than 10 academic papers.
Wang Yidan
Ph.D. Candidate in Fine Arts, Beijing Film Academy
Research Interests: Visual Culture, Art Theory, Intermedia Studies of Image and Olfaction
She holds an M.A. in Art Theory from Central Academy of Fine Arts and a B.A. in Chinese Language and Literature from Lanzhou University. She specializes in visual culture and sensory cross-media research.
Dr. Li Zhiyao

Research Interests: Experimental Art, Sensory Art, Contemporary Art Creation
She earned her Ph.D. from Central Academy of Fine Arts and engages in teaching and research on experimental and sensory art, supporting the journal’s experimental olfactory art content.
Dr. Wu Mengyang

Research Interests: Spatial Olfactory Design, Cross-Cultural Art, Architecture and Sensory Scenarios
She focuses on cross-cultural art theory, spatial design, and olfactory experience in architectural spaces. She currently teaches Environmental Design at Jingdezhen Ceramic University.
